Brielle Kennington, the administrator for Flagstaff Education Advocates, discusses last nights Flagstaff Unified School District meeting where parents and teachers spoke up against FUSDs continued mandate. Listeners, including teachers and parents, call in to voice their frustration. Brielle and others are upset that there are limits on how many people can attend these meetings. And did one board member fall asleep while teachers shared their frustration?
Now they want to talk to the Republican controlled legislature? Jerry Nabours fills us in on school districts facing a funding crisis by March.
