New Flagstaff Hospital Coming? Jeff talks with Steve Eiss of N.A.H.

Northern Arizona Healthcare wants to build a new “Health and Wellness Village”
 in Flagstaff and has purchased nearly 200 acres just South of Flagstaff. The Flagstaff City Council recently rezoned a portion of the property to allow the new hospital but a group (interview coming next week) got enough signatures to refer this to the ballot for the voters of Flagstaff to decide.
 
Steve Eiss discusses…
Details on the existing hospital including why he believes it isn’t practical to utilize the existing downtown site and remodel or add on to it.
The shortcomings on the current location including services and the size of available space.
Details on the new proposed “Health and Wellness Village” including the phase 1 plans for medical facilities and the phase 2 commercial and residential plans.
Infrastructure including the road to the new site.

Americans have always been a little rough around the edges but this takes the cake — Trans actor goes into expletive rage over being misgendered — Flipping the bird and cursing may get you a ticket in Arizona
 
Rampant abuse and corruption always happens to civilizations “flush” with cash with bloated public largesse. —  Selling food stamps for cash at the park is a felony  — “free” phones, food, housing, utilities, entry tickets, school, etc — how do you ween a society off of “free” stuff?

“Brave budget cutting Republicans” propose the equivalent of a Netflix subscription cut!

Cutting 1% from just 27% of a bloated budget is an insult and a joke! Jeff and Angela break this down in terms of a household budget, showing this is the equivelence of a family spending 50% over their annual income but only deciding to cut their annual Netflix subscription in order to fix the massive family spending problem! They'll be watching Netflix in the street pretty qwuick as they go borke. It’s go time and these GOP clowns are cutting nothing!
 
+ Biden wants to create the OFFICE TO PREVENT GUN VIOLENCE and claims 1 in 5 are “directly impacted” by gun violence…really? Where do they come up with this stuff.
 
And so it begins, a lawsuit filed to deny ballot access to Trump in Arizona.
