The Post Office Run-Around! Where do ballots get sorted?

I have an extremely hard time prying info out of the US Post Office. Quite simply, where do the mail in ballots get sorted? For many small communities mail gets sent to larger cities to get sorted. So I ask about my town, Flagstaff, and the run-around is quite frustrating. Bob Thorpe, a candidate for County Recorder joins me.
