Navajo Nation Gaming makes $5.2 million real estate purchase north of Flagstaff
Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise has made three large real estate purchases just north of Flagstaff on Highway 89A.
Documents from the Coconino County Assessors Office indicate they purchased the properties on November 14th, 2019 for a combined purchase price of $5,200,000.
The property has been the site of Horsemen’s Lodge and Horsemen’s Stables for many years.
The three parcels included in the sale include purchases from Horsemen’s Lodge, LLC for $1,900,000, Flying Heart Stables, LLC for $1,700,000 and land from the David Bellar Living Trust for $1,600,000.
The combined lots total about 13 acres of land and improvements.
Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise currently operates three casinos in New Mexico and one casino in Arizona.
There has been no indication as to the potential use of the property and calls to Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise have not been returned as of this writing.
