I’m a huge fan of Christina sandefur and found your podcast while searching for information regarding private property protection act in Arizona. If you get a chance to interview her again or her husband Tim it would be awesome to ask how you apply some of this info in the real world. I have been arguing with my city in Benson Arizona for two years and haven’t found a way to get them to back off because I failed to get a permit and that is based on their new land use law or ordinance.
